We require a deposit to be paid in advance to secure your booking with us and the rest of the bill to be paid in full 30 minutes before the end of the job. Otherwise, we have the right to stop unloading until the payment is carried out in full.

If you cancel, reschedule or amend your booking within 3 days of your arranged date with us, your deposit will be lost.

Any parking or overweight fines that are incurred while working for a customer are automatically added to the bill at the end of the day.
